I'm from Athens originally, but now live in London, U.K. - as luck has it, I happen to be on short holidays in Athens at the moment though! Antio is certainly not Greek. Comes from the Italian addio (French: adieu), obviously borrowed during the Italian occupation. The same Italian and French stem leads me to believe the origin is Latin... but it certainly isn't Greek! As for my nickname, that was a combination of my name initials! :)
